Warranty / Payment / Cancellations

 

Warranty:

All items offered for sale on it-buy.online include our 90 limited warranty and starts as of the day you receive your order.

Our product warranty covers hardware (batteries excluded) which covers repair or replacement (same or better) of defective products only.

All batteries are tested warranted to hold a charge for minimum 60 minutes when fully charged (unless otherwise stated in the description of product)

If a product still has a balance of the manufacturer's warranty still in effect 90 days after purchase, the buyer will contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty claims. Please refer to individual items to verify warranty period.

Shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported to it-buy.online within 3 business days of receipt.

Warranty does not cover:

Servicing not authorized by our service department or usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.

Misuse or mishandling of equipment and user-installed parts & upgrades.

Products with missing or altered Service Tags, serial numbers, or damaged by misuse, abuse, fire, flood, lightning, freezing etc.

Cosmetic imperfections (outside three (3) business day return period) i.e.; scratches, dents, and skins.  We do not ship any products having cosmetic flaws that would effect the operation of the unit in any way, unless specifically mentioned in the description of the product.

Software issues (outside three (3) business day return period) i.e.; network and internet configuration, 3rd party applications, installing new software, software crashed, etc.

"Personal data", before you ship any product for warranty, all data should be backed up and saved.

"Warranty extension" warranty is not extended if we replace or repair products.

Warranty Claims:

Customers with defective hardware products still under the warranty period should contact support (via email support@it-buy.online or call toll free at 1-800-888-8888, weekdays from 9am to 5pm EST) to verify and obtain an RMA No. However, after the DOA period, the customer will be responsible for one way of the shipping cost of the replacement or repaired product.

If you receive a DOA Product (defective on arrival) or there are missing Items, we will pay for all shipping cost for quick repair or replacement, DOA warranty period is from the time you receive your order up to 3 business days after. If you receive a DOA product you should contact us as soon as possible (within 3 business days of receiving your product) and obtain a DOA RMA no (return authorization no).

All products coming back to us must have a valid RMA No. DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO US WITHOUT RECEIVING AN RMA. Any unauthorized RMA or any RMA discrepancy, will not be accepted and will be returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense. Non-defective products are subject to a 15% service fee.

Payment:

Payment in full must be received by it-buy.online prior to shipment of the product. We reserve the right to cancel any order for credit card security issues, (i.e.; wrong billing info, VOIP phone, proxy usage, red flagged emails, IP location, red flagged info, bad address, etc.)

We do not accept credit cards issued outside USA and Canada (International Cards), All prices listed on it-buy.online are in Canadian dollars.

Orders are subject to cancellation at it-buy.online's sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, items will be returned to stock, orders are subject to cancellation if payment authorization cannot be obtained within 2 days

Cancellations:

Requests for order cancellations must be received by IT-buy.online within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays).

If communicated outside of 24 hours, the product will have to be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please note that we are unable to change any information on an order that has been placed. If an error is made on your order, it will require a cancellation request and a 15% restocking fee will apply outside of 24 hours.

It-buy.online reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to; out of stocks, pricing errors and suspected fraud attempts. Cancellations of this nature, where they are not customer requested but performed at IT-buy.online's sole discretion, will not be subject to the restocking fee listed above. IT-buy.online will do our best to communicate any cancellations with you.
